Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

How long does delivery take?
Orders in the United States will be shipped via USPS and FedEx, while international orders will be shipped based on the fulfillment center the product is coming from.

  • Average transit times to the United States: 5 to 15 business days
  • Average international transit times: 5 to 15 business days

Circumstances beyond our control (pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, delays may occur due to carrier logistics. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Special Notice: Transportation companies are currently experiencing unpredictable delays due to a significant increase in shipping volumes related to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking will be available once your product ships. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world as our product research team strives to find quality items at affordable prices. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can visit the "Track My Order" page on our website.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of order creation for the cancellation to be effective. To cancel an order, please email onlyvarlashop@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

I entered an incorrect address!
If you misspelled or auto-filled your address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Please notify us immediately by email. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours of ordering. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

How many attempts will the carrier make before my package is returned?
Typically, a carrier will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned.

My item arrived damaged
If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please contact us providing:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product
    We will be happy to send you a new item free of charge.
